What we can help with
Corrections. If a page contains a misattributed study, a claim with no support, a broken link, or a reading that does not hold up, tell us and we will fix it or take it down. This is the most useful message you can send us and we treat it as routine rather than as a complaint.
Questions about how we work. How a guide was researched, why a page says what it says, or where a particular claim came from. The about page sets out the method, and we are happy to go further on any specific page.
Press and permissions. Requests to quote or reference material from the site.
What we cannot help with
We do not interpret individual dreams by email. It is not that we are unwilling — it is that a useful reading depends on your waking circumstances, and a stranger working from a paragraph cannot give you anything better than the guides on this site already do. Start with the dream library or the interpretation guide.
We also cannot offer medical or psychological advice. If your dreams are disturbing your sleep, connected to trauma, or affecting your mental health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified therapist. That is a genuine recommendation rather than a disclaimer.
